Vibes KL: Vibrancy and Diversity Exhibition
This exhibition encapsulates the essence of the city, which has built a thick crust of itself. There isn't an overarching logical curation of the exhibition except that it captures the randomness and vibrancy of people. Just as the buildings are varied and largely disorderly in downtown Kuala Lumpur, each person is a life on their own, each life being vibrant and each having a story to tell.
From its first days, Kuala Lumpur has been a diverse city, made up mainly of the transient forms of life. Not just of the diverse people, but equally in the diverse use of the buildings along with the change of use over time.
Photographs, illustrations and artworks are the media that capture the spirit of the life and each of these works require an immersion into the human spirit behind the work. The works require a sacrifice of time by the viewers as is the case in the normal course of living.

This active participation comprise of Architects, Artists, Photographers, Graphic Designers and Illustrators and form the intersection of creativity encompassing various disciplines and perspectives under the theme of Vibes KL: Vibrancy and Diversity.
